It’s been 10 years since Seasick Steve first appeared on the BBC as part of Jools Holland’s ‘Hootenanny’ in 2006, a performance which turned him into a household name overnight along with his debut solo album Dog House Music.
Since that performance, Seasick Steve sold-out tours and and made some of the most memorable festival appearances around the globe. previously selling out London’s Royal Albert Hall, Hammersmith Apollo and Brixton Academy.
This will be Steve’s only scheduled performance in the UK in 2016 and is at the SSE Arena, Wembley on 14th October.
Seasick Steve said: “When I realised it was going to be 10 years since I was on Jools’ show, and 10 years since you guys gave me this job I decided that we gonna have a party. A ’10 Years Out of The Dog House’ Party.’ Look what ya' done!”
